Alfonso García Morales es Catedrático del Departamento de Literatura Española e Hispanoamericana de la Universidad de Sevilla. Su campo fundamental de investigación es la literatura hispanoamericana desde el modernismo hasta las vanguardias, con especial dedicación a la literatura, sociedad y cultura en México, la figura de Rubén Darío, la historiografía y antologías poéticas, y las relaciones intelectuales entre España y Latinoamérica. Jesús Gómez-de-Tejada es Profesor Permanente Laboral del Departamento de Literatura Española e Hispanoamericana de la Universidad de Sevilla. El campo predominante de su investigación es la literatura hispanoamericana con particular atención a la prosa cubana y, dentro de ella, a la obra de Lino Novás Calvo, las escrituras del yo, la narrativa policial, la Guerra Fría cultural y las relaciones intelectuales transatlánticas.
