Author Information

An award-winning author, Mr. Taylor is a retired California peace officer, educated in criminal psychology and geology. He has also spent many years exploring the wonders of the American Southwest. He has climbed the highest of our western mountains and camped in our lowest deserts. He has spent time among the Native Americans and learned much about the creation and its wildlife through their counsel. Mr. Taylor is now a Biblical teacher and counselor, whose experiences and knowledge have produced a unique style of writing that is appreciated by both the educated and the common among us. Mr. Taylor's perceptions of God, His creation and His truth are indeed non-traditional, inspirational, and can be most illuminating. Mr. Taylor is still an avid hiker at age 68. He is also one of those few authors that you can contact personally: By mail: PO Box 547, Lone Pine, CA 93545, or e-mail hikemark@hotmail.com, or via his trail phone, 909-549-0068.
