Patricia A. Pérez is an Associate Professor in Chicana/o Studies in the College of Humanities and Social Sciences at California State University, Fullerton. Her research focuses on postsecondary equity, access, retention and choice for Latina/o students and other students of color. Miguel Ceja is a Professor in Education Leadership and Policy Studies and Director of Doctoral Programs at California State University, Northridge. His research focuses on access and equity in higher education for students of color, college choice, diversity and campus racial climate and community college student success.
