Leonel Arregui is a soccer coach and a graduate of the Asociación de Técnicos del Fútbol Argentino (ATFA). In addition, he has a certification in Neuroscience and Sports Training, awarded by the Barça Innovation Hub. He is currently the head of Methodology and Development and the U-17 coach for Asociación Deportiva Berazategui of Argentina. He also collaborates as a tactical analyst with the technical staff of the reserve to team of Cerro Largo in Uruguay. He previously served in the same role on the coaching staff of Pedro Troglio and Víctor Bernay at Universitario de Deportes in Peru.
