Bethany Simunich, Ph.D., is currently Vice President of Innovation and Research at Quality Matters, an educational non-profit dedicated to quality online learning. In her 20+ year career in higher education, she’s served in faculty, instructional designer, faculty development, researcher, and administrative roles. Andrea Gregg, Ph.D., is currently Director of Online Pedagogy and Associate Teaching Professor at The Pennsylvania State University, USA. With expertise in learning, design, and technology, her 20+ year career has been dedicated to maximizing quality in online education. Penny Ralston-Berg, M.S., is an award-winning designer with 25+ years of experience in online learning. She is currently a Senior Instructional Designer for Penn State World Campus at The Pennsylvania State University, USA.
