Joe Tougas is an award-winning journalist, educator, and musician from Mankato, Minn. His company, Joe Tougas Media and Marketing is based in North Mankato, Minn. He is also a songwriter and performer with The Frye, an acoustic duo who perform plenty of Beatles songs. He is the recipient of a 2014 McKnight Fellowship for songwriting.
