Sarah trained as an herbalist at the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London, and has been in clinical practice for over 12 years. Her special interests lie in the herbal treatment of skin conditions and alternative therapies for supporting people with anxiety and PTSD. Sarah produces her own range of specialist tinctures manufactured from locally grown plants, and has developed her own skin care range based on the medicinal properties of Kigelia africana (otherwise known as the sausage tree.)
