Robert Peter Gale is a Visiting Professor at the Haematology Research Centre, Division of Experimental Medicine, Department of Medicine, Imperial College London. Armand Keating is Professor of Medicine and Biomedical Engineering at the University of Toronto, and Director of the Cell Therapy Program, Princess Margaret Cancer Centre, Toronto. Andrea Bacigalupo is a Professor at the Cattedra Ematologia, Universita' Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, Fondazione Policlinico Unviersitario A Gemelli, Roma-Italia. Reinhold Munker is Professor of Medicine at Louisiana State University.
