Author Information

Bruce Johnson has over 30 years of experience teaching reading to children from preschool through high school, as well as to college students and parents. He has also designed and presented numerous workshops for parents on how to help support their children's reading development. His workshop material has formed the basis for many of the chapters in this book. He also holds a Master's Degree in Reading Education and is currently a Reading Specialist with the Merrimack Valley School District in New Hampshire. Bruce Johnson is also the author of ""Involving Parents in Their Children's Reading Development: A Guide For Teachers.""
