As an ordained minister He has been a youth and lead pastor for 20 years. Kevin left full time ministry in 2010 to enter the secular work force as a company trainer. He has spent the last few years working to encourage pastors and ministers as they struggle with day-to-day ministry. He has the ability to connect quickly with his audience and make his point with impact. He is also an Independent Leadership coach, trainer and speaker through the John Maxwell Team. Kevin has been a speaker in North America, Dominican Republic, and Grenada.This is incredibly powerful. You really need to tell this story-a LOT of people need to hear this!
