OverviewSystematically automated framework for helicopter main rotors design and analysis, including aerodynamics structure and reliability, sustainability and maintainability are factors to be considered during the improvement of the automation framework for helicopters. This modular structure design methodology is developed for a realistic composite main rotor with sophisticated cross-sectional geometry. It allows a spar cross-sectional structure, with realistic inner configurations.The integration of three modules has constructed a framework where the size of the helicopter, aerodynamic performance analysis, and estimations and manufacturing calculations.This systematic improvement allows a development for an anti-crash system to prevent crash of helicopter.
