Overview

As a business leader it can be challenging to manage time and priorities. This program and calendar is a system created by Diane Helbig to help leaders focus and achieve their goals. Each month provides opportunities to select priorities. The action steps necessary to achieve those priorities are detailed in the silos. S.I.L.O.s are Specific Itemized Lists of Objectives. It's important for a leader to narrow their focus to no more than three objectives. Each objective has their own SILO. The action steps necessary for that objective are listed in the SILO and those action steps are then added to the calendar. This process allows people to stay focused on their priorities, identify what should be shelved or delegated, and monitor progress.
