The sprinkled blood sums up the sacrificial acts of Jesus. The blood proclaims a new way of approach to God. God is the God of peace who brought about the resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ. Jesus is the great Shepherd of the sheep. The blood that Christ shed is the means of bringing about a covenant which will never be replaced.
