Overview

This book has one or more scripture prayers written from each book of the Old Testament. By the encouragement of my wife and a gentle push of the Holy Spirit I attempted to write these prayers so that people could whet their appetite to wanting to learn more by reading and meditating on the scriptures of the bible, especially the Old Testament. I am thankful that I live in a time after Christ so that I am no longer bound by the law of the Old Testament but I am under the new covenant of salvation from Christ by accepting His gift and living by faith. I hope that this book and its prayers will inspire you to read more and pray more. I have learned that when we pray God's word back to Him, He rejoices in us and honors His blessings. I challenge you to search out all the blessings God has offered in the Bible and start claiming them for yourself. This will change your focus and encourage your heart especially through the dark times of life.
