Author Information

Luis Rodriguez, best known for his autobiographical account, Always Running: La Vida Loca, Gang Days in L.A., is also the author of The Concrete River and America is Her Name, among others. He is the winner of a National Book Award, a Lannan Foundation Fellowship and an Illinois Arts Council Fellowship for poetry. He lives in California.
