Overview

After practicing the three HearthMath breathing techniques explained in Dragana's previous three HeartMath books published on Amazon, we are now ready for a change of direction. In other words, the Freeze Frame(R) Technique helps us to appreciate different points of view, find opportunities and tackle problems. We analyzed the five steps of the Freeze Frame Technique. The third component involves finding an uplifting emotion. Surprisingly, it might be more convenient to evoke a feeling of pride because my parents graduated from the University of Belgrade then to focus on personal accomplishments in stressful affairs. Alternatively, my neighbor Mary finds it advantageous to celebrate her favorite singer's rewards. If we weren't personally involved in the happy outcome, it might be easier not to identify with the actual problem we intend to overcome. The cover photo displays two degrees: Djordje D. Jeremic's Law degree, 1961, University of Belgarde and Vidosava N. Sepelj's Economy degree, 1963, University of Belgrade. D. stands for Dragomir and N stands for Nikola, that is first names of my grandfathers. Next, author Dragana's parents got married in October 1963, so her mother's name became Vidosava Jeremic.
