Table of ContentsReviewsAuthor Information"I began at an early age as soon as I could hold a pencil to write and draw on cardboard boxes and grocery bags. Later as I grew my sister Rosina, our neighborhood friend Rhonda Benham and I began to write stories and hide them under Rhonda's bed. The stories were all about our dreams and hopes for the future. I have always loved to read and to write. I keep a daily journal which I write to Jesus every night before retiring. After I graduated high school in 1971 I went to work in a record plant in Elizabethtown Kentucky where I met my husband Roger Goostree. We married in 1972 and together have enjoyed the birth of four children: Daniel Wayne, Stephen Dean, Keila Lynnette and Joseph David. We began traveling in evangelistic circles when Stephen was a tiny baby and the Lord called me to preach his word. He had spoken to me at the age of nineteen and told me I was to preach his word but at that time I didn't know what to do about it and no one else at the home church could provide any help. I carried that word in my heart for several years before I publicly announced I had been called to preach and I was going to step into that calling. Our pastor at the time opened doors for us and Roger and I began a singing, preaching ministry which has lasted until this day. I have never regretted living my life for Jesus and though I am sixty-three years of age I know he has more for me to do. I have written two books: ""Heartbeat of Intercession"" and ""Prayer Warfare"" and am working on a third ""All My Times"". Roger and I have watched as our own children and grandchildren have given their lives to Jesus and been called into the ministry. They have picked up musical abilities and our grandson, Brandon, helps me as I minister each Monday night on WBFI radio in McDaniels Kentucky. We have a family evangelistic team called ""Matter of Time Ministries"" and enjoy revivals and speaking under our gospel tent whenever we can. We sing and minister every Sunday afternoon following morning services at Bethel, at the local grocery store where different people listen and sometimes join in to sing with us and give their own testimony. We love it and life is good. Can't wait to see what Jesus has next on the agenda he has made for our lives. All praise, honor and glory to the Lord most high for he deserves it and so much more."
