HEAR HIM ! President Nelson declared in the 2020 April Conference. We all sat in total attention as He acknowledged that the times we are living in aren't easy ones. In a strong and knowing voice, he said that the end of times prophesies are amongst us! Then he listed everything from earthquakes and plagues to food shortages and money matters...as signs of the times But how can we be sure we are hearing our Savior when He speaks to us? What do we listen for? How will we know if it's Him?! We've been told that His voice will come simply and quietly, and that we only have to be listening. HEAR HIM!!! HEAR HIM in our homes. HEAR HIM in our Temples. HEAR HIM in our hearts. HEAR HIM through scriptures, through nature, through music. HEAR HIM through His Priesthood. HEAR HIM wherever we are, and we will find peace and joy in living. We have all been taught to listen for Heavenly Father's voice, to learn how to recognize it and HEAR HIM, and to then live lives close to Him. And I've been thinking about how our McCallister family members might make a difference in each other's lives, how we might inspire one another to live worthily of being in His presence... In fact, how can we even reach beyond our own families to advocate for our Savior. First we must see some examples of hearing Him.
