OverviewThe increase in mental illness and stress in the workplace makes it essential to address occupational health management (OHM). For OHM to be successfully implemented, the specific stress factors and potential risk factors must be identified before guidelines and objectives are defined. This paper has set itself this task and examines the role that occupational health management plays in the subjective perception of health among carers in workshops for people with disabilities. It investigates the extent to which OHM is applied in workshops for people with disabilities. The theoretical basis for the written and oral survey of carers and management is the model of the European Network Workplace Health Public (ENWHP). The quantitative and qualitative data collected are correlated with the stressful and beneficial factors of the work of carers in workshops for people with disabilities.
