Author Information

Steve Kippaxis a Western herbalist and practices Traditional Chinese medicine. He started growing herbs at the age of 13 and enrolled at the School of Herbal Medicine in 1980. In 1985 he joined the National Institute of Medical Herbalists (NIMH) and commenced herbal practise in London and Suffolk. He has been studying Chinese Medicine since 1989 and learnt acupuncture in 1993 on the second of his 4 study trips to China. The Daily Telegraph listed him as one of the top 20 health gurus in the UK. In 2001 he helped to establish The Third Space Medicine, London's leading integrated medical centre. He is a past president of NIMH and has a Master's degree in Herbal Medicine.
