With four young children to raise and a lifetime of experiences she had yet to live, she chose not to let this diagnosis and disease rule her life. In short, she decided how sick she wanted to be and how she wanted her life to look. She has become a strong believer in our own personal healing power. Today, the disease still has its minor days, but she can quickly get back to a state of wellness using these same principles and by refining her habits. Rebecca is not a medical doctor and would never profess to be but has thirty plus years of experience in managing her Crohn's disease and a breast cancer diagnosis with minimal medical intervention and holistic practices.
