Her own career journey began in Tokyo, where she was an editor for Canon and Newsweek. She advanced to senior roles at New York advertising agencies, helping propel Folgers to #1 coffee in America. Kathy led 40% growth in fundraising at CARE and steered Porter Novelli Atlanta to ten-fold expansion before finding her calling in executive search.Kathy is a Harvard graduate and has led or served on over a dozen boards, including Global Impact and Leadership Atlanta. She lives in Atlanta with her husband Alan. They have two grown sons.
