Overview

New York city like most major cities have crime, and the occasional serial killers. While New York has had the Eastside rapist, Son of Sam most have been caught. Now New York is about to face killers, that will have the city on edge and had every one wondering when and if it will stop. The police are especially worried, because officers investigating the crimes are either missing or dead. The two prominent detectives Marcus Bryant, Nicholas Oakman of the 12th precinct homicide division has begun investigating the killings of a black family of mother father and three children ages 11,7an13 the two girls were not sexually assaulted but the boy was and that is why he was killed but the police have not found the heads of the parents or girls. So when they get on track to the ones responsible for the killings of mob bosses and family members, they end worried about their families safety and there own when detective Oakman son along with his friend was decapitated then two days later his wife. The Federal and state law enforcement are notified until after the press releases the news, the assassins are partners with East New York Dynasty and the new mob family is about to rise to power if they are not stopped. Vito has worked within the NYPD and knows just how close to solving the killings and his own life is worth more than the ones chasing them.
