I'm more concerned with what this event means for us today than I am with proving its historicity. I've re-written the older sermons and devotionals to suit the modern, younger reader. Paul Duerksen is a retired United Methodist pastor. He has served a number of churches and institutions from 1982 to the present. He's been writing poetry and fiction since his teen years, and writes primarily fiction today. Paul and his wife live in southern New Mexico.
