Chris Hawley is a Deputy Project Manager for Computer Sciences Corporation and is responsible for several Weapons of Mass Destruction courses in the DOD/FBI/DHS International Counterproliferation Program. This program provides threat assessment, hazmat, and antiterrorism training with full-scale exercises worldwide and is focused on Eastern Europe and Central Asia.Chris retired as fire specialist with teh Baltimore County, Maryland Fire Department.
