Dr. Jeremy Fyke is a Nashville-based professor, corporate trainer, leadership coach, and entrepreneur. Dr. Fyke is a ""PracAdemic"" who's passionate about bringing the corporate and university worlds together. He serves as Director of Character-Centered Leadership Belmont University, where he oversees employee leadership development across the university. Outside Belmont, he operates Authentic Leader Development, a talent development and leadership coaching company. In late 2020 Dr. Fyke founded Two Heads Hot Sauce, a gourmet sauce and spice company he sold in 2024 that still operates today. He lives outside Nashville, Tennessee with his wife, Brooke, and two daughters, Emma and Lennon.
