Havana Empire: The Rise of New Crime Boss

Overview

Book One of The Caravello Family Saga. In 1959, Havana is ""saved"" from revolution not on a battlefield, but through a smoke-filled bargain between a Cuban strongman, a CIA operator, and an American syndicate. Dominic ""Dom"" Caravello, reeling from his wife's murder, comes to the island to build a sanctuary for his three sons, while his brother Enzo anchors the family as Dom's influence expands. A nightclub queen, Isabela Cruz, turns allure into leverage. PR architect Helena Kline manufactures legitimacy for a regime built on velvet and threat. Fearless journalist Lydia Hart follows the money behind the glitter. But paradise runs on fear: insurgent symbols spread, Washington's favor shifts, and an extradition list sharpens into a weapon. When a seismic November 1963 assassination electrifies the world, Havana's fate is renegotiated in the shadows. Perfect for JFK-conspiracy enthusiasts and fans of The Godfather Part II.
