She is also an even prouder Stephen Power Farish Hall College of Education Graduate from the University of Houston, where she received both her bachelor's and master's degrees in educational fields of study, including Second Language Acquisition. ""GO COOGS!"" Aurora has spent more than 20 years serving her Houston, Texas, community as a bilingual educator, and is an active member of Delta Kappa Gamma International Society for Key Women Educators. Aurora Margarita González de Freire es una orgullosa alumna de la escuela secundaria North Shore High School, y aún más orgullosa de haber obtenido su licenciatura en educación bilingüe y maestría en el proceso de adquisición de un segundo idioma por parte del Colegio de Educación Stephen Power Farish Hall de la Universidad de Houston.
