Overview

The paper has accordingly been revised, and in part rewritten, in the new light thus unexpectedly shed, not only upon the affair of Cylon, but also upon the whole subject of Athenian constitutional history before the time of Peisistratus. See F. D. Allen, Tb Nation, March 5, 1891 (no. 1340, pp. 197. About the Publisher Forgotten Books publishes hundreds of thousands of rare and classic books.
