Overview

They left him for dead. They should have made sure. He wakes from a coma with no memory of who he is or what happened. He must find himself before his enemies do. Unwillingly thrust into a world of high stakes industrial espionage, the man known as Roach must fight back against the people who betrayed him and left him for dead. But when his crusade for vengeance starts putting those he cares about at risk, he is forced to question who the real enemy is: the people trying to kill him . . . or the man in the mirror? This compelling thriller introduces a deeply-flawed hero, plagued by nightmares borne from his own haunted psyche. Disillusioned by a world he believes is beyond saving, he's a man who is done fighting for other people. Now, he simply wants to fight for himself. If you enjoy Jason Bourne or John Wick, you'll be addicted to this.

Author Information

James P. Sumner began his self-publishing journey in 2013. He's now the author of over twenty titles, and the recipient of numerous writing accolades, including a 2015 Winner of the Kindle Scout program, and the ATAI Best Thriller and Best General Fiction 2017 for his novel Thicker Than Blood. His original, fast-paced, and thought-provoking thrillers span three popular series: Adrian Hell, GlobaTech, and Roach. He has also created a sci-fi series, A Chorus of Stars-a passion project inspired by his life-long love of genre classics like Star Wars and The Expanse. This has brought him to a whole new audience who are already hooked on his work. Gary Bennett is a SAG-AFTRA audiobook narrator. He was born and raised in California and then in Bozeman, Montana, and is the oldest of four children. He now calls the greater Seattle area his home, and he's a huge fan of the Seattle Seahawks. Gary has always been passionate about not just telling a story, but telling it well. From reading bedtime stories with his children to performing in front of the microphone, bringing a story to life is one of his greatest joys. Gary has pursued his career in audiobook narration with zeal, continuing to not only invest in personal coaching from some of the best in the industry, but also investing in some of the best equipment for his professional home-based studio. There are few things he enjoys more than stepping into his StudioBricks home studio and recording his favorite books. Gary is also a licensed electrical engineer and a private pilot. He loves watching and participating in sports and listening to and playing music, and is an avid outdoor enthusiast.
