Author Information

Meredith Sayles Hughes has been writing about food since the mid-1970s, when she and her husband founded the Potato Museum in Brussels, Belgium. She has worked on two major exhibitions about food, one for the Smithsonian and one for the National Museum of Science and Technology in Ontario. Author of several articles on food history, Meredith has collaborated with her husband on a range of programs, lectures, workshops, as well as on The Great Potato Book.
