Overview

Happy Hands Cursive Writing Practice, ages 8-11 is written by a teacher currently working in the school system. Cursive writing is not taught in school in many states across the country. Yet, a child will have to know how to write in cursive to sign his or her name on legal documents. Our book starts with the basics, teaching a child capitalized and lower case letters. Then it moves into learning how to blend the letters together by having them trace simple Dolch words; and, can, for, jump, etc. The last page is for the parent to help their child learn to spell their name. If you're looking for a book to teach your child the skills he/she will need in future life, then this is the book for them!
