Overview

This book is about a terrible catastrophe written almost 18 months after it occurred. The author was nearly killed while doing something he regularly enjoyed but had a miraculous recovery. In this book, he discusses this normal day that left him hospitalized for two months, his recovery with the help of many, and how his life has improved tremendously. The goal of this book is to let suffering patients know that it can get better. More importantly, though, this book is written for their loved ones to let them know that they can make a huge difference. Also, some readers may realize that they do not need a terrifying tragedy to spur improvements in life, as they can learn from some of the things that the author changed in his life.
