Table of ContentsReviewsAuthor InformationDr. Mohamed Bououdina is the Director of the Nanotechnology Centre at the University of Bahrain. He obtained his Ph.D. in Condensed Matter Physics, University Joseph Fourier, Grenoble - France in 1995. He has over 17 years of experience and worked at various places including the University of Nottingham and Queen Mary University of London (UK), National Institute of Materials and Chemical Research (Tsukuba, Japan), Institute Neel (Grenoble, France). He is the author and co-author of more than 140 papers published in learned international journals and contributed to some book chapters. His work has been presented at many international conferences as invited speaker, oral and poster. He is associated editor in numerous international journals such as, International Journal of Hydrogen Energy, International Journal of Nanoscience, International Journal of Nanoparticles (Asia Regional Editor), International Journal of Materials Engineering Innovation (Asia Regional Editor), International Journal of Biomedical Nanoscience & Nanotechnology. He supervised and co-supervised MSc and PhD students. He was awarded numerous research grants and had extensive research projects within the industry. Moreover, he is a member of International Association for Hydrogen Energy (IAHE, USA). Dr. M. Bououdina has broad areas of expertise including Renewable Energy (Hydrogen Storage), Advanced Materials, Nanoscience and Nanotechnology, Nanomaterials for Spintronics, Carbon Nanostructures, Neutron Diffraction, Nanoparticles for Biomedical Applications, Biomaterials, Functional Nanoparticles, Nanostructured Intermetallics. J. Paulo Davim received his PhD degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Porto in 1997 and the Aggregation from the University of Coimbra in 2005. Currently, he is an Aggregate Professor at the Department of Mechanical Engineering of the University of Aveiro. He has more 25 years of teaching and research experience in manufacturing, materials and mechanical engineering with special emphasis in machining and tribology. Recently, he has also interest in sustainable manufacturing and industrial engineering. He is the Editor-in-Chief of six international journals, guest editor of journals, books editor, book series editor and scientific advisory for many international journals and conferences. Presently, he is an editorial board member of 20 international journals and acts as reviewer for more than 70 prestigious ISI Web of Science journals. In addition, he has also published in his field of research as author and co-author more than 40 book chapters and 350 articles in journals and conferences (more 180 articles in ISI Web of Science, h-index 25+).
