He is the author of Gendai kōtsū ron no keifu to kōzō [Modern transport studies from a historical and structural perspective] (Zeimu Keiri Kyōkai, 2012) and Gendai no kankō jigyō ron [Modern tourism] (Zeimu Keiri Kyōkai, 2014). Recently, he has taken an interest in transport and its related infrastructure as tourism resources for heritage tourism.
