Overview

As I look around I find a lot of educated youth without jobs who run from pillar to post for getting one. I have seen that most of the educated youth don't really want to get into a business activity or fear it for the reasons of risk. Although some want to get into necessity entrepreneurship but don't know how to go ahead with choosing a business activity that could create a livelihood for many others besides them. In the last few years, I have seen a number of students from various schools, colleges and universities visiting the industry in order to get entrepreneurial know-how but they don't get the holistic overview of industrial set-up by such short visits. It is in this light that I felt the necessity to write a handbook for our young minds where they can be benefitted in getting the most requisite knowledge for inspiring entrepreneurial thinking. As I am in industry for the last 20 years I have tried to make my book simple and to the point so that the youth can get to know the path towards becoming an entrepreneur. This compact book is different from the books that are available in markets and libraries, hence, is envisaged to be a beneficial read for students and parents in changing their perspective with respect to business and entrepreneurship. This is an attempt on my part to help students, parents and unemployed educated youngsters to think about starting a business enterprise and thereby making themselves self-sufficient and stress free. I believe that after going through this book, the minds of my readers will move from confusion to clarity to a greater extent because I have tried my level best to guide you in various aspects of entrepreneurship where I feel difficulty in adaptation is being faced by the youth. The book may not be perfect but it is my firm belief that a number of young minds will learn to find a path towards turning their dreams into reality.
