D. in 1983 in Genetics and Plant Breeding from BC Agricultural University, India. Chandrashekhar P. Joshi is professor of Plant Molecular Genetics & Director of the Biotechnology Research Center of the School of Forest Resources and Environmental Science at Michigan Technological University.
