He travels to far-off worlds, meets colorful aliens, and learns that love may not be so far away. Author and Illustrator biography: Jonas was born and raised in Sarasota, FL. At just 19, one of her best friends passed away, leaving her with grief, hurt, and confusion. After some years of healing, her grief journey began to be processed through her creative expression in art and poetry.
