Peter has travelled to more than 120 countries around the world, photographing some of its most remote and scenic places. This passion for exploration led him to launch GlobeRovers, a widely read travel magazine dedicated to off-the-beaten-path destinations. He has also published several books showcasing his photographs of the landscapes he explores and the people he meets along the way.Born in South Africa, Peter has lived in Canada and, for a time, Sweden, and is now based between Hong Kong and Thailand. He regularly travels to the islands of southern Thailand where Hammie's adventures take place, and has written a definitive guide for visitors to these islands in GlobeRovers Magazine.A true animal lover with a strong interest in wildlife conservation and protection, Peter especially enjoys photographing wildlife. He has long dreamed of writing a children's book featuring his pet gecko, Lizzy - and now that dream has finally come true. Marion is a crazy Aussie author, blogger, traveller, photographer-and dunny detective who likes nothing better than to track down the world's most scenic loos! She writes about her adventures on her blog, where she is also known as Red Nomad OZ, and also in GlobeRovers travel magazine. She has already travelled around the country in her quest to bring Australia's coolest conveniences to the world. Chi Ho Tsui is a dedicated traveller and photographer with a strong ambition to join the prestigious Travellers' Century Club, an organisation for individuals who have visited 100 or more countries. He is fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and Japanese, and is currently studying Russian, French, and Spanish. With a keen interest in languages and cultures, he hopes to learn Swahili next-though mastering the whimsical mosquito language from Lizzy may take a little longer, especially given Lizzy's unconventional teaching style.Although Chi Ho has always enjoyed drawing humorous faces, this project marks his first foray into book illustration. His work on this book-bringing to life not only the animal characters but also many of the scenes-has been widely admired.
