Rachel Davis is a Masters level Special Education teacher originally from St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands. She has worked closely with students of all ages with a range of disabilities for over 10 years. This book was inspired by her beloved English Bulldog, Hammer. Throughout her years in education, Rachel has always believed in the dire need for more books geared towards children with disabilities and their peers. She hopes that this book will lead to greater tolerance overall for children with disabilities.
