Baisakhi Das is a Professor in the Department of Information Technology at the Institute of Engineering & Management, Kolkata, India. She earned her Ph.D. (Engineering) and M.Tech degrees from the Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology (IIEST), Shibpur, and holds a B.Tech from the West Bengal University of Technology, India. With over 19 years of academic experience, Dr. Das has established herself as a committed educator and researcher. Her primary research interests include Blockchain, Artificial Intelligence, and Cellular Automata. She has published extensively in international journals, conferences, and edited book volumes. Dr. Das has actively contributed to the academic community through her roles as a Technical Program Committee (TPC) member at various international conferences and as a reviewer/editorial board member for several international journals. She has also served as organizing chair, co-convener, and committee member for multiple international conferences. She is a senior member of IEEE, reflecting her dedication to advancing research and collaboration in emerging technologies. Thinagaran Perumal was awarded the 2014 Early Career Award by the IEEE Consumer Electronics Society for his pioneering contributions to the field of consumer technologies. He obtained his PhD from Universiti Putra Malaysia, specializing in smart technology and robotics. Currently, he is an Associate Professor and serves as the Head of the Department of Computer Science at the Faculty of Computer Science and Information Technology, University Putra Malaysia. Additionally, he holds the position of Chair of the IEEE Consumer Technology Society Malaysia Chapter. Dr. Thinagaran’s research focuses on Interoperability in Smart Homes and the Internet of Things (IoT), wearable computing, and cyber-physical systems. His notable contributions include the development of proactive IoT architectures, cognitive and semantic IoT frameworks for smart homes, and wearable technology for rehabilitation purposes. Since 2018, he has been leading the National Committee on Standardization for IoT (IEC/ISO TC/G/16) as Chairman. He is also actively involved in the IEEE Consumer Technology Society and its Future Directions Committee on IoT, contributing to the advancement of emerging technologies. Dr. Thinagaran has been invited to deliver keynote speeches and plenary talks on IoT at various international institutions and organizations. He has received four Best Paper Awards, delivered over 20 keynote speeches, and participated in five panel discussions at renowned global conferences. Satyajit Chakrabarti , is a Professor, Technologist, Software Developer, Content Creator, Author, Serial Entrepreneur and Venture Capitalist. He obtained his PhD in Nanotechnology from the National Institute of Technology and Masters in Computer Science from the University of British Columbia. Prof. Chakrabarti manages companies in the field of Technology, Healthcare and Education. He is an avid philanthropist and social Entrepreneur and runs non profits and two educational Universities and five colleges in India in the fields of Engineering, Management, Hospitality, Law, Healthcare with over 10,000 students and over 100,000 alumni. His Technology companies work with big multinational companies to deliver products and services in the fields of Artificial Intelligence, Internet of Things, Virtual and Augmented Reality, Cybersecurity and Web Development. Prof. Chakrabarti is a passionate researcher with over 100 publications in the fields of Artificial Intelligence, IOT and Data Science and over 20 patents filed in various fields of Technology. Prof. Chakrabarti is an avid investor in early stage startups and a mentor and teacher to thousands of students across the globe. Prof. Satyajit Chakrabarti is very passionate about technology, Innovation, entrepreneurship, clean energy, nature and sustainability, renewable energy, learning technologies and education, media, design, arts and culture. His special expertise includes Angel Investment, Venture Capital and Private Equity, Investments, Management Consulting, Strategic Management, Technology Applications, Problem Solving using innovation and innovative technologies. Kouichi is engaged in research and development on cryptography and information security at the Computer and Information Systems Laboratory at Mitsubishi Electric Corporation from 1988 to 1994. From 1994, Joined to work for the Dept. of Computer Science of Kyushu University in the capacity of associate professor, and became a full professor there in 2002. Also worked with the Institute of Systems & Information Technologies and Nanotechnologies as the chief of the Information Security Laboratory, aiming to foster collaboration between industry, academia, and government under the theme “Enhancing IT Security in Social Systems.” From 2005 to 2006, he successfully led a Cooperative International Research Project supported by the National Institute of Information and Communications Technology (NICT), facilitating cooperation on security technologies between Japan, China, and Korea. Furthermore, in March 2006, he initiated a groundbreaking partnership in information security by signing a Memorandum of Understanding with Professor Bimal Kumar Roy, marking Japan’s first collaboration with the Cryptology Research Society of India (CRSI). Was a member of JST-DST SICORP ” SECURITY IN THE INTERNET OF THINGS SPACE” with IIT Delhi (2016-2022). Also he was working with MOFA as a part of Memorandum of Cooperation between the Ministry of Human Resource Development of India and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan concerning Indian Institute of Information Technology, Jabalpur, visit to give Intensive lectures three times (2017, 2018, 2019). This collaboration evolved into the JSPS Japan-India Bilateral Joint Research Project ” Investigation of power of Deep Neural Networks against various adversarial attacks and their applications to Cybersecurity ” (Kyushu Univ and IIIT-dmj, 2022-2023).” George A. Papakostas received the Diploma, M.Sc., and Ph.D. degrees in electrical and computer engineering from the Democritus University of Thrace (DUTH), Greece, in 1999, 2002, and 2007, respectively. He has 15 years of experience in large-scale systems design as a Senior Software Engineer and a Technical Manager. He is the Head of the Machine Learning and Vision (MLV) Research Group. He is a tenured Full Professor with the Department of Informatics, Democritus University of Thrace, Greece. He has (co)authored more than 240 publications in indexed journals, international conferences, book chapters, one book (in Greek), two edited books, and six journal special issues. His publications have over 4500 citations with an H-index of 36 (Google Scholar). His research interests include machine learning, computer/machine vision, pattern recognition, and computational intelligence. Prof. Papakostas is a member of the ACM, IAENG, MIR Laboratories, EUCogIII, and the Technical Chamber of Greece (TEE). He is a reviewer in numerous journals and conferences.
