Author Information

Brian Mostoller received his Bachelor of Arts in English from Willamette University in 1990 and has been a literature and composition teacher in Oregon and Arizona since 1994. He teaches at Xavier College Prep and lives in Phoenix with his wife, Wendy, and children, Brady and Maggie. He is the author of Closed Doors, Quiet Streets, a book of poetry. With artist Bruce Black, he is the author of The Bright Star, an illustrated children's book. Bruce Black received his Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Arizona in 1993 and his Master of Fine Arts from the University of Delaware in 1998. He has exhibited his work nationally and currently teaches art at North Phoenix Preparatory Academy. Bruce lives in Phoenix Arizona with his wife Marla and son Liam.
