Overview

Hallas is a musician in a world that shuns the arts. So, he hides out on the Moc, hides who he really is. On the sea, he meets the naga Suyai and learns that his music is only the beginning of his magic. In the meantime, the Resani - the sea people - are trying to figure out how save their islands as the Moc continues to rise. Then Hallas disappears.
