Overview

In Castle Rising, England in 1889 the brash young Daniel Spencer and his younger brother are gunned down by the most famous duelist - Major Makenzie Cunningham, his four brothers, and five of their Henchmen. Daniel's sister, Arabella Spencer, witnesses the slaughter and seeks revenge. None in England will stand up to the Makenzie Brothers. Arabella's father tells her to go to America and hire an Irish hit man in Boston. In Boston the hit man is shot down by the police; so, Arabella needs to look elsewhere. She reads a newspaper article about The Fastest Guns of the West. That unofficial fastest gun is Halfbreed Pecos. Arabella travels to the Southwest only to find that Halfbreed Pecos is a sloppy drunk. His sidekick, the Buffalo Soldier, One-eyed Jack, seems like he's even deadlier until Halfbreed proves himself the man for the job.
