Kortu Valentine is a Hungarian, 90s-born poet who spent half a decade in Oxford before settling in Yorkshire. They have performed at literary events and open mics across the region, building a growing online community drawn to their emotionally honest work. Their writing pairs modern minimalism with old-world tenderness.Reflecting on the collection's purpose, Valentine says: ""In my head, the you in half of these are about you is the reader: the person who stops because it stirs something in them. We don't experience life and growing up the same way but if you've ever felt lost or misplaced, you'll find yourself in these pages.
