He has a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership, a M.S.Ed. in School Administration, and a M.A. in French Literature from the University of Kansas. Dr. Laguerre is a native of Haiti. Cécile Accilien, Ph.D. is Assistant Professor of French and Francophone Literatures at Columbus State University.
