OverviewDr. Victor M. Bello is an ophthalmologist who wrote this children's book inspired by the sensibility of his two young boys Victor and Vincent. They were playing in the back yard at their tree house when papa observed them looking intently at one of the corners of the treehouse. Fearing that they could be looking at a wasp nest, father went at once to investigate. What Papa saw was the moment of inspiration to write about it. A spider web, under the rays of the sun, Filtering though the leaves of the trees, made it sparkle. I conceived the idea of writing about it and wanted to get them involved. They came up with great ideas to embellish the story. We called our descriptions ""Imaginactions"". Essentially, I meant that the ideas from the fertile young minds were put into action in the story. They were 2.5 and 4 years old at the time. An ""Imaginarium"" was created. It was very rewarding to engage the boys in the production of this book. Dr. Bello has adopted the pen name ""Bello"" and that is how ""Hairy Harry Couldn't Hurry"" was born. More episodes are in the making and the reader is certain to enjoy the development of more adventures of our friendly ageless spider and Victor and Vincent. Dr. Bello now lives in Mobile, Alabama where he works part time in his beloved specialty of ophthalmology.
