OverviewGuided Journaling is journaling with a twist. It's like guided meditation but in this form, we are writing down all the habits you want to shift or change. My motto is all about Creating Miracles - Not Excuses. If we want to truly have a better future we have to get down to basics that a majority of people are unwilling to do when they want to change. I'm speaking from experience because I was an addict for 20+ years of my life. Now I'm using my life experience and knowledge to help others make a positive shift both mentally and physically so they too can experience true freedom and joy!
