Author Information

Nathan Davidovich has been a trial lawyer during his entire career and has appeared in Colorado State and Federal trial and appellate courts as well as trial courts in California, New York, New Mexico, Montana, Missouri and Tennessee. He specializes in employment law and complex civil litigation and has been involved in many jury trials in both State and Federal Courts. After receiving his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Denver College of Law, In 1963, he was admitted to practice before the Colorado Supreme Court and the United States District Court for the District of Colorado. In 1964 he was admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, and in 1972 was admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court. He practices law in Denver, Colorado and lives with his wife, Amy, children and grandchildren, in Israel.
