As I have visited over 500 churches in the last twelve years as a Missionary and Evangelist I found many aging pastors still holding on to the ministry. This book is my opinion after 44 years in the ministry about this subject, Growing Old in Ministry. My goal is to help the reader to understand the aging pastor and the aging pastor to consider himself and decide where he is in life. As a 72-year-old minister I think I might qualify to give my opinion. I have tried to prove my point through text in the Bible and illustrations.
